If Cyberfrog provide your website emails, there may be a time when you cannot send or receive emails. This may be for a number of reasons.
If you cannot send an email, it means that there is an issue with the server settings on your device. Please contact us by phone on 0151 709 4930, or email us on [email protected] and we will help you diagnose the issue.
If you cannot receive emails, it’s possibly for the same reason as above. Alternatively, it could be that you have run out of disk space. Contact us and we will either increase your quota or help you with a bit of unwanted email housekeeping.
